Booking Policy and Rates

Hiring a Bay Area belly dancer for your wedding, birthday party or other celebration will leave a lasting impression on your family and friends. Be confident that those lasting impressions will be of amazement and delight with a brilliant belly dance show by Nyla Crystal!

1. Determine which package best fits your event’s needs or contact Nyla Crystal for a custom entertainment package.

15 minute mini show
30 minute standard show
45 minute grand show

*Rates begin at $275
**Additional fees apply for multiple shows, multiple dancers, musicians, costume changes, additional wait time, travel outside a 50 mile radius from Santa Clara, CA, and special requests.

3. Submit a booking request form to check for availability.
Time slots are contracted on a first come first serve basis so don’t delay if you have a specific performance time in mind.

4. Once your booking request is approved, you will be contacted via email or phone (depending on your preference) to finalize details such as costuming (current costume collection), show style, and music selection.

5. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date and time for your event.

6. A contract will be drafted with the specific event details for you to approve and sign.

7. One week before the event, the remaining balance is due.

8. One day before the event, you will receive a courtesy confirmation call.

9. Depending on the event type, Nyla Crystal will arrive 15-60 minutes prior to the show start time and will be ready to perform on time.

10. Relax and enjoy the show. Don’t forget to have your camera ready!
